Case Study – Retained Recruitment
Automation Experts work with one of the UK’s largest Systems Integrators. Their client base includes some of the leading organisations in the Food & Beverage, Distillery & Brewing, FMCG, Utilities & Renewables sectors.
Target: Sole Agency to Supply Permanent Engineers
We provided a combination of both retained and contingent search approaches. Sourcing specialists in Siemens, Rockwell and Schneider. The Electrical Design and Project implementation teams were looking to hire a number of Eplan Designers, Project Managers and Project Engineers.
A dedicated team of Consultants and Research/Resourcing specialists were assigned to the project. This enabled an in-depth understanding of both the wider organisational culture and their strategic growth plan. For each Recruitment project, a full position briefing was taken to define the competencies, responsibilities and experience required. Process and timescales for the delivery of each individual project were agreed upon.
We managed the Search, Advertising, Selection, Shortlisting, Interview and onboarding stages to ensure success. Automation Experts were also able to provide ongoing market and recruitment insight to the local markets, as well as provide a high degree of adaptability as the client needs changed or expanded.
The Result: The last 12 months have been hectic! We have successfully placed over 25 permanent Engineers
The scope developed to the Manufacturing and Service areas, supplying a number of Electrical Engineers, Supervisors and Graduate Engineers
