Automation Experts were approached by a major integrated Electrical, Instrument & Controls provider who partner with Siemens and Schneider. Based in the North West with local offices West Midlands and Bedfordshire, they focus on projects within FMCG, Food, Beverage and Automotive sectors.
Target: Recruit Control Engineers, Electrical Designers & Project Manager
Due to the award of new projects immediately required Control Engineers, Eplan Designer and Project Manager to support clients within the Automotive Industry. Experience of Conveyors/Materials Handling or Robot Automation ideal.
We met with the client to gain an in-depth understanding of their needs and to develop a search brief identifying the key requirements of the roles both in terms of technical skills and behavioural competencies.
A multi-faceted search and advertising campaign commenced enabling the effective targeting both active and passive candidates. Combining the responses to all of the search approaches we then scheduled the initial screening interviews.
The Result: 3 Offers Accepted within 6 week period
