Based in the West Midlands, the company had been awarded a number of new projects taking them to a forecasted turnover of £85M.
Target: Recruit 20 Mechanical Engineers within 3 months
Mechanical Designers & Principal level Engineers with security clearance were required with experience in Mechanical Handling, Robot Automation, Heavy Crane Lifting and Assembly machinery for multi-million-pound projects.
After an initial client meeting, a range of recruitment strategies were applied.
